All sales of pool and spa equipment, materials, and supplies are final once installation has commenced.
Uninstalled equipment in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
All Jandy products come with a 2-year parts and labor manufacturers warranty.
Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-returnable, Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds for services not rendered will be issued within 14 business days of written request. Disputes regarding workmanship must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion. AquaLogix Pool & Spa, Inc. is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly in accordance with applicable law.
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations prior to material procurement will receive a full refund of deposit less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has commenced will be subject to costs incurred to date.
All promotions and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
